Bathrooms are most of what Frank does. A shower gets wet every day, so a good one is about more than the tile you see. What's behind it matters just as much: solid backer board, a waterproof layer, and a floor that slopes so the water actually goes to the drain.

How the Job Goes
You deal with Frank directly, from the estimate to the last grout line.
- Tear-out. The old tile and backer come out, down to the studs when needed, so nothing old or damaged ends up buried under the new work.
- Waterproofing. New backer board goes up, the shower gets waterproofed, and the floor is sloped toward the drain.
- Layout. Before setting anything, Frank plans where the cuts land. No thin slivers in the corners, and niches that line up with the grout lines.
- Setting and grout. Tile goes in level and flush, then gets grouted and cleaned. The bathroom is cleaned up at the end of every day.
